Your Passeport MTL culture gives you access to cultural activities and shows, subject to availability. You can book online, directly at the ticket counter of the venue or attraction, or in person at the La Vitrine ticket counter at 2 Sainte-Catherine Street East.

Simply present your electronic ticket (printed or on your mobile device) at the participating organization’s ticket counter.

A Passeport MTL culture holder cannot reserve the same activity more than once.

If unused, lost or stolen, your Passeport MTL culture and purchased tickets will not be reimbursed, exchanged or replaced. Shipping times are approximate and submitted for information purposes only. The person purchasing is not authorized to cancel a sale, refuse merchandise or seek damages in the event of a late delivery. If a mistake is made in the delivery address, Tourisme Montréal cannot be held responsible and will not refund the pass.

Your Passeport MTL culture is valid from the date and time of your first reservation.

The transit pass is activated when you take your first ride on STM public transit. It stays valid for 72 hours. You must carry your Passeport MTL with you at all times on the bus or metro. If your fare is checked, this is your proof of payment. This pass is subject to STM regulations.

Your Passeport MTL culture must be used within 12 months of its purchase. Fees include taxes and shipping costs. Available while quantities last.
